Good Neighbor Program
We believe in supporting organizations that are important to our clients and their families. The Good Neighbor Program has been designed to help in that regard.

It is a known fact that many teams do not reach full potential due to a lack of chemistry among the athletes. With this in mind, Dr. Fowler has spent over ten years fine tuning the Modality Assessment Profile (M.A.P.). His copyrighted assessment and training is unique in that:

  1. M.A.P. (teaching to both the left and right side of the brain) has been found to enhance teams performance by as much as 50%
  2. M.A.P. is a systematic teaching process that helps you coach from their learning style... not yours
  3. M.A.P. balances the left brain's linear thinking with the all-important right brain's loop thinking
  4. M.A.P. is the best method to use for those athletes with learning differences (approximately 10-25% of your team is likely to be affected by some type of learning difference like ADHD)

The M.A.P. program offers two tools to help your team become more productive in a very competitive environment. The first tool is the assessment itself and the second tool is in-house training.

The assessment is a 100 item questionnaire that will identify the athlete's learning style, areas of psychological difficulty, and temperament. Insight into these areas will help the coach understand how to best manage this athlete. This information will also help in making sure that this athlete is the right person for your team. The questions from the assessment are put up on the screen one at a time and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The results will immediately be sent to your e-mail address.

The M.A.P. program also provides in-house training for teams to help them better utilize the assessment. This one-day workshop for coaches will cover the following:

  1. The training will provide you with an understanding of how this insight can revolutionize your approach to coaching.
  2. The training will explain why the number of athletes with ADHD has doubled over the last 20 years
  3. The training will provide proven ways to enhance your creativity as a coach
  4. The training will demonstrate M.A.P. techniques through group activities
  5. The training will teach how to evaluate the on-line assessment (M.A.P.)
  6. The training will provide CEU certificates if desired
